1. Plan and control the new project according to the customer’s plan
2. Coordinate, arrange meetings with all departments to ensure the smooth production of new project cars
3. Prepare a document summarizing the progress of the project to attend the meeting and report on the implementation with customer
4. Check the subordinates’ new project plans to ensure that they are consistent with the Company’s work standards and customer’s work standards

รายละเอียดงาน

1. วางแผนการดำเนินการขึ้น Project ใหม่ให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่ลูกค้ากำหนด เช่น การวางแผน Mass Production และ Break down Plan และเตรียมความพร้อมต่างๆ ให้สอดคล้องกับแผน Project
2. ควบคุม Project time line ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด
3. ติดตามการเตรียมการของแต่ละแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนของ New Project
4. ควบคุมการจัดทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในแต่ละช่วงของแผนการดำเนินการของ New Project
5. ติดตามผลการขึ้น Mass Production ของ New Project
6. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

รายละเอียดงาน

1. ติดตามแผนการผลิตรถยนต์ในแต่ละวันให้ตรงตามแผนการผลิตที่วางไว้
2. ทำการติดตามและเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อแจ้งลูกค้า เช่น การเช็คสถานะของการผลิตรถยนต์และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น จัดทำรายงานเพื่อแจ้งลูกค้า
3. ติดตามและเก็บข้อมูลการผลิตของแต่ละโรงงาน
4. จัดทำข้อมูลการผลิต (รายวัน รายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน)
5. แจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงแผนการผลิตและปัญหาที่กระทบกับแผนการผลิตกับทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6. จัดทำรายงานผลการผลิตและวิเคราะห์พร้อมสรุปปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และทำการนัดประชุมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

1. Plan Direct and indirect material planning and material logistic function to meeting production plan provide forecast for suppliers
2. Control and manage all material delivery plans with supplier for smooth production
3. Control responsible inventory level according to company’s policy
4. Troubleshoots problem that occur during material par shortage
5. Coordinate & follow up with suppliers
6. Prevent and solve inventory problems Aging Stock / Part Runout
7. Summary delivery weekly and monthly report
